Refund and cancellation policy

Cancellations

• Cancel 48 hours or more before the tour for a 100% refund.
• Cancelling within 24 hours of the tour carries a 25% administrative fee.
• No-shows forfeit the payment; it is non-refundable.

Arrival grace period

Guests have a 15-minute grace period from the scheduled time to check in. After that the service may be cancelled or additional charges may apply.

Payment terms

• Payments are made in Mexican pesos.
• Published prices do not include 16% VAT.
• Full payment is required for the booking to be confirmed.
• Accepted methods: bank transfer, cash, debit card or credit card.
