Service policy

• Services must be paid in full before the departure time.
• Passengers must be in good health, with no medical restriction that prevents boating on our vessels.

Fares

• Prices do NOT include the 16% Mexican Value Added Tax (IVA).
• Fares are per person and in Mexican pesos.

Bookings

• Bookings can be made at www.pitastours.com, by email at pitastours@gmail.com, or by phone at +52 612 103 5029.
• To confirm a booking, the full tour price must be paid.
• If you cancel 48 hours or more in advance, your payment is refundable. Full conditions are in our Refund and cancellation policy.

Children

• Children aged 0 to 3 travel free.
• From age 4 they pay the full fare, with the same rights as an adult.
