Yes, and your payment is refundable. Cancel 48 hours or more before the tour and you get a 100% refund. Cancelling within the last 24 hours carries a 25% administrative fee. No-shows are non-refundable.
You have a 15-minute grace period from the departure time to check in. After that the service may be cancelled or an additional charge may apply.
Not necessarily. Every tour includes a life jacket and the guide stays with you in the water. Let us know when booking so we can place you in the right group.
October through April, when they come into La Paz Bay to feed. Gray whales are seen January through March in Puerto Chale. Espíritu Santo Island runs year-round.
