Privacy notice

PITA’S TOURS, located at Av. 5 de Mayo #11, Local 1, Edificio Laura, Zona Centro, 23000 La Paz, Baja California Sur, Mexico, is responsible for the processing of your personal data under Mexico’s Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.

What we collect

• Full name.
• Phone number and email address.
• Party size and the ages of any children travelling with you, so we can plan the boat.
• Billing details, only if you request a tax invoice.
• Official ID, when the activity or the authorities require it.
• Health conditions that may prevent boating, if you choose to share them.
• Card details, processed directly by third parties; we do not store them.

What we use it for

• Quoting, booking and running the tours and transfers you hire.
• Confirming date, time and meeting point, and warning you about weather or sea changes.
• Processing payments and issuing invoices.
• Meeting the record-keeping required by the activity permits and the travel insurance.
• Answering questions and complaints.

Secondary purposes, not required for the service: satisfaction surveys and news about our tours. To opt out, email gerencia.pitastours@gmail.com within 5 business days. Opting out does not affect the service you booked.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your data. We share it only when necessary: with payment processors, with the insurer covering the tour, with authorities when the law requires it, and with the local providers involved in the service you booked. All of them are bound to confidentiality.

Cookies

This site uses no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. It installs a visitor measurement tool only if you accept it in the banner shown on your first visit. If you decline, the site works exactly the same. Your browser also stores your own preferences locally, such as language and currency; that information never leaves your device.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, cancellation or opposition, and withdraw your consent, by writing to gerencia.pitastours@gmail.com or visiting our office. We respond within 20 business days.
